Return & Exchanges

We want you to love your Hello Treasures pieces as much as we do. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange:
• Items must be unworn and in original condition
• Items must be returned in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale:
• Personalized or customized jewelry
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
• Sale items
• Returns requested after the 7-day window

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges or store credit for eligible items.

Return Process

To begin a return or exchange, please contact us at info@hellotreasuresstore.com. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
