During launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Returns & Exchanges Shipping

Lost or Damaged Packages

Hello Treasures is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
